● ►en n. m. ►UNIX Contraction de "Index node". Bloc particulier du disque dur regroupant les informations essentielles d'un fichier, et assurant la liaison entre ce fichier et le reste du système. (D'après © Fontaine et Hamme). On le prononce "inode" à la française. Voir v-node. Ce terme hideux est propre à Unix [f2s].
